Call of Cthulhu: The Minutemen Begins Tonight!

Tonight’s the night! After lots of prep, planning, and printing (seriously, so many handouts), my Call of Cthulhu: The Minutemen campaign kicks off. I’m nervous—of course—but mostly excited to see this long-brewing idea come to life.

We’ve got a great cast of characters at the table:

Martin as The Hamilton Skyhook

Alex as The Fury

Ryan as The Omen

Erik as Blackout

We were also going to have Kevin join us as The Knuckler, but unfortunately he’s down sick—here’s hoping he feels better soon and can join the fray next session.

While my basement game room isn’t quite ready yet, we’re gathering at one of the players’ homes for tonight’s session. I’ve packed the essentials: the books, the dice, and a bazillion printed pages of clues, maps, and handouts.

Even though we’re using Masks of Nyarlathotep as our foundation, this is very much a masked adventurer take on the classic campaign—so expect pulp heroics, weird science, and probably a few explosive cliffhangers along the way.

Fingers crossed, dice ready. Let’s see what madness the Minutemen uncover tonight.
